Real Geeks is an all-inclusive provider of lead generation, do-it-yourself website and a CRM. It’s positioning seems to be as a cheaper alternative to Boomtown, as one of their marketing sheets directly compares their cost to Boomtown and shows that Real Geeks is cheaper when they include a monthly advertising budget. Having said that, there a common complaint from their clients that much of the website needs to be developed and maintained by the agent, so it doesn’t seem to be a good solution for non-tech-savvy agents or people who wants to focus on selling homes, rather than creating landing pages.
