Broker, Susann Rhoades, started the group in 1987. Since then, she developed a great team of hardworking and outstanding individuals. Appealing to the Western suburbs Chicago market, Rhoades Team achieves approx $13 million in total production volume annually. More importantly, the crew is dedicated and committed not only to their clients, but the community as well. They have committed to donate a portion of money made on each closing transaction to Children’s Miracle Network. This is a fantastic gesture that highlights their commitment to the local community.

The team get 80% of their business from referrals, so they place a lot of emphasis on delivering exceptional service. Susann mentioned throughout our spotlight interview that she is a “By Referral Only Member”. Therefore, the company must provide exceptional service. They keep the client top of mind throughout the process and ensure their whole service is extremely client focused. The systems and services are designed around their clients. Moreover, they aim to give each client a positive real estate experience by establishing trust and communication from start to finish.
