The Kocher Team with Keller Williams Realty is a successful real estate company based in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. The team was founded by Andre’ and Kelli Kocher. Together, they have over 25 years of experience in the Accounting/Business industry. They entered the real estate business in 2003 so they have a total of 14 years of experience under their belts. The two decided to go into real estate as they wanted to experience two things. One motivation was to experience “running their own business” and the other was to help people buy and sell real estate. They consistently sell over 100 units a year.

We got in touch with Andre’ Kocher to ask him some questions about the real estate business.

Working Together

When asked why people want to work with the Kocher team, Andre’ said their aim always remains to “build relationships one house at a time, guiding them through the entire the process and holding their hand every step of the way. Before we show a house or list a house, we always sit down for 30 to 45 minutes to walk through the process”. This strategy has worked thus far and is what makes people want to work with them. It’s clear that the Kocher Team deeply cares about their clients and wishes to make the process as easy as possible. They want to help you during the real estate process. The real estate business can be intimidating, so it is reassuring to know that the Kocher team is there to back you up.

Technology in Real Estate

We also discussed how technology has changed the industry and Andre’ said that

“Everything is online now. We pay for professional photos only because it is now the showing of the house.” Andre’ Kocher

Technology in real estate has clearly changed how realtors do their business. This includes paying for “professional photos” to put online since photos of the house really matter. This is especially true considering buyers will now be looking at homes online. When the buyer schedules a showing, it is in effect a second showing as they have already viewed the potential property online.

The Kocher Team is striving to make sure the client happy. In a business that is as volatile and uncertain as the housing market, having someone to back you up can be just what someone needs.
